Conversion Architecture is basically ensuring that visitors to your website have as easy and stress free experience as possible.  There are lots of ways you can do this and it’s always best to start out in the right way rather than having to go back an revisit your website once you have put in lots of effort up front.  So when designing a website we obviously need to focus a lot of energy on design, look and feel, branding etc.. but this cannot be to the detriment of converting visitors into customers.

Dental Hygienics supply and install dental equipment key in the sterilisation and decontamination of equipment at surgery level.  They came to us to develop a full online marketing solution including the development of an e-commerce website.  We worked with them to come up with a design that was clean and reflected the industry at large.  We wanted navigation to be simple for the user whilst providing enough product information to allow the user to make a purchasing decision whilst on the site.

Starting a business can be a daunting time, apart from the excitement of going it alone, there are often a huge number of new skills to learn.  Running a business is very different than working for someone else, there is no IT company on the end of the phone or a HR Manager on tap to give you advice.  A lot of these areas either need to be learnt or outsourced.
