Case Study: J H May

J H May is an engineering company specialising in supporting the entire process of product development, including model making, prototyping and manufacturing, working alongside many different types of business to help them see their designs come to fruition.

The Client Brief

When we initially met with J H May, they were looking for advice on marketing their business online. We demonstrated to them that the best way to do this was to create a new, more search engine friendly website optimised for the search terms  that their potential clients would be searching under.

J H May wanted a website that would not only look good and adequately demonstrate the variety of services they offer, but also one that would enable them to increase the online visibility of the business and be found at the top of the search engines.

The Solution

We decided to provide a WSI Business Edge solution as its modular platform enabled us to add the modules necessary for the required functionality, while also creating the appearance of high-end design.

We also offered them an SEO service to ensure that the website was optimised for the search engines to increase its ranking, and to ensure that potential clients would find them for relevant search terms. A PPC campaign was also created and is being managed for them, and we have also helped them with their email marketing strategy.

Results

The www.jhmay.com website effectively represents the professional image of J H May and demonstrates their experience and expertise in each of the variety of services they offer.  As a result they are seeing improved traffic, conversion rates and search engine results and are benefitting from the increased management information that WSI’s Web analytics service provides.

Because of both the return on investment and the measurability, the only form of marketing JH May now do is online with us as their agency.
